At Hazel Vogue, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to help.

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility
We offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only unstitched items are eligible for return or exchange (except in the case of a defect in stitched items).

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-stitched, discounted, or sale items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Stitched products (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Items that show signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alterations

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will verify the claim and offer a free exchange or full return, depending on the situation.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval and shipping instructions
  4. Send the item back using a trackable courier service at your own cost (unless the item is faulty)

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as:

  • Store credit (preferred)
  • Or Bank Transfer (in special cases)

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after return approval.

6. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is returned and approved.
  • If your requested item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative or opt for store credit.

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
