• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Other payment methods may be introduced in the future.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS after successfully placing an order.
• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicious activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available throughout Pakistan.
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges on unstitched items within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
• Stitched or sale items are non-returnable, except in the case of a defect or incorrect shipment.
